Several of the Division's staff members have been helping to spread the "good word" this summer and fall.
Kimber Shelton, PhD, Counseling Center Psychologist, recently co-presented at the Annual American Psychological Association (APA) Convention on making the transition from graduate student to early career psychologist.
Brenda "B" Woods, EdD, Director of Research and Assessment for Student Affairs, will present this October at the 2013 Emory Assessment Conference. Dr. Woods will present "A Showcase of a Strategically Developed Living Learning Community (LLC) Assessment Plan" that will explore the positive impact the Grand Challenges Living Learning Community program is having on Georgia Tech students and the methods deployed to collect this data.
Also in the spotlight, Mac Pitts, Assistant Dean and Director of Student Media, has been asked to write and submit an article for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) journal the "Essentials."
