As the Atlanta housing market recovers in select neighborhoods, Michael Dobbins, a Professor of Planning Practice at Georgia Tech, has called for a sweeping revision in how we view Atlanta’s “inner core.” Dobbins' plan, with support from Tech President Bud Peterson, calls for equitable development throughout the inner core, with the new stadium at the epicenter.
