No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Artist: Hartmut Stielow
Artist Bio:
Hartmut Stielow studied sculpting at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin from 1977 to 1983, the same year he joined the master class of Bernhard Heiliger. Stielow‘s preferred materials are steel and granite, which often interact in his works. He subtly balances these different materials to form unity in his pieces. Stielow has served as teaching artist at the Design Academy in Hanover, CEO of the International Sculpture Center (ISC), and founder of the Sculpture Network, a non-profit organization with the objective to foster contemporary three-dimensional art and to build a network of artists, agents and collectors.
