Supporting every member of the Georgia congressional delegation is a team of dedicated staffers helping elected leaders react and respond to constituent needs “on the ground” in their home districts.
On June 12, the Office of Government and Community Relations hosted congressional district staffers on campus to share opportunities for Georgia citizens to take advantage of myriad educational, athletic and community engagement activities at Georgia Tech. In addition to meeting with President Peterson, the group learned about constituent “hot topics” at Tech, including admissions and financial aid; K-12 camps and teacher development opportunities; and EI2, Tech’s business outreach arm that has regional offices throughout the state.
