Summary Sentence: Attendees will learn about project goals and objectives and how they can participate

Full Summary: To introduce the project to campus and to generate discussion, three information meetings have been scheduled for the GT community. During these town hall meetings, attendees will learn about the project’s goals and objectives and how they can participate in the planning process.

As part of the Institute’s strategic planning initiative, Georgia Tech's Strategic Technology Investment Committee (STIC) has established a project team charged with developing an IT Master Plan for campus. The project aims to develop a game plan for making technology investments that will support the Institute’s short and long-range strategic goals and objectives.

Over the next few months, the IT Master Planning team will gather input from the campus community to determine how technology is not only impacting the campus today, but also how future technologies will support, enable and influence Georgia Tech's academic, research and business mission.

To introduce the project to campus and to generate discussion, three information meetings have been scheduled for the GT community. During these town hall meetings, attendees will learn about the project’s goals and objectives and how they can participate in the planning process. The other two meetings are:

  • Wednesday, July 10, Room 152, Clough Commons, 10:30 AM
  • Friday, July 12, Room 100, Scheller College of Business, 1 PM
