Billy Collins, a former U.S. Poet Laureate, read a poem by Thomas Lux, professor and Bourne Chair in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture on Tuesday, June 18th on The Writer's Almanac with Garrison Keillor.  Lux is a nationally-acclaimed poet and poetry teacher who holds the Margaret T. and Henry C. Bourne, Jr. Chair in Poetry, and he heads Poetry at Tech
Billy Collins is perhaps the most widely acclaimed U.S. poet since Robert Frost.  He has given readings numerous times at Georgia Tech as part of the Poetry at Tech Bourne Poetry
