Study led by Professor Dobbins well-timed with improvement funds

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. As the plans for a new Atlanta Falcons stadium move ahead, proposals for the allocation of community renewal funds have begun to reach City Council. A package aimed at improving the West End neighborhood recently passed with a 5-0 vote, just months after the completion of a study of the West End conducted by students at Georgia Tech's School of City and Regional Planning and led by Professor of Practice Michael Dobbins .
