Within 15 short months this programme will prepare you for your career with BMW; programme mentor is our Board Member for Human Resources. And you will also have your own personal mentor, an experienced manager ready and willing to assist in any way. You will also gain valuable experience working abroad for two separate periods, and you will have the assistance and encouragement to develop your very own strengths. The programme and its parts.

Your profile – the key to our shared success.
This is a challenging programme and we are looking for the following career-related and personal characteristics:
- A first-class degree in engineering or business.
- At least 6 months practical experience (e.g. internships, a vocational training or initial work experience).
- At least 4 months' experience working or studying outside your own country.
- Personal commitment alongside or outside your third-level training.
- Fluency of German and English, ideally with other languages as well.
- Ideas and visions of your own.
- A sharply analytical mind.
- A passionate interest in cars.
- Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflection.

Fast-track your career.
Every year, the program start dates are April 1st and October 1st. Please send your application for the 1st of April between the 1st of August and the 30th September, for the 1st of October between the 1st of February and the 30th of April. Submit your complete papers with a cover letter and all relevant documents via our Online Career Applications Centre.
