No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The President’s Update, now available online, provides a high-level overview of Georgia Tech’s impact, as well as research, innovation, student, faculty, and staff accomplishments. Page eight includes information about C21U's role in launching Georgia Tech MOOCs.

“The update provides an opportunity to recap some of the outstanding things that the people of Georgia Tech have accomplished this academic year,” Peterson said. “However, for every example given, there are dozens of others that could have been included. It is the collective work of all of our outstanding faculty, staff, students, and alumni that makes Georgia Tech the outstanding institution it is today.”
