There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Readers seem to be divided when it comes to whether they’d read The Whistle if it were only available online, according to the results of our recent readership survey.

This is one of the many pieces of information we learned from the survey, which was emailed to a sample of 1,021 Georgia Tech employees. Respondents came from units, colleges, and schools from across campus, and included 329 staff members and 15 faculty members.
Other findings from the survey included the following:
The information collected in this survey will be used to make informed decisions about The Whistle and its content going forward. If you have any comments or suggestions, email Editor Amelia Pavlik.
