There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. From April 13-17, the City of Chicago will host the 2013 American Planning Association’s (APA) National Conference, an annual meeting of planning professionals, academics, and students from across the country. The conference provides a mix of professional development programs and networking opportunities in addition to a closing day “UnConference” which allows attendees to engage in spirited discussions about the connections between planning practice and technology in a free-form setting.
The School of City and Regional Planning will have yet another strong showing at the annual conference with over 20 current students attending, along with a several faculty members and numerous alumni.
