Companies are realizing that they need to take a more strategic approach to user experience design. Usability testing and user experience design principles can only take your web sites, apps, or software so far. UX strategy is about building a solid rationale and road map to guide your UX design decisions and efforts for the foreseeable future. Formulating a successful UX strategy is a key to capturing market share, differentiating your digital customer experiences from competitors, segmenting your customer base, engaging customers over time, building customer loyalty, and measuring success. In this presentation, Paul Bryan will discuss the approach he and his team have used to develop user experience strategies for large corporate clients and startups alike.
