There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The College of Architecture Dean Search Committee has identified three candidates as finalists. The first is Gail Dubrow, professor of architecture, landscape architecture, public affairs and planning, and history at the University of Minnesota.
Professor Dubrow will be a guest of the Institute March 28-29 to discuss her vision for architecture at Georgia Tech. A public presentation is planned for Thursday, March 28, at 11 a.m. in the School of Architecture auditorium. Attendees are invited to stay for an informal reception with the candidate in Room 217, Architecture East, following the presentation.
The remaining candidates will be announced in the coming days. More information on the candidates, archived video presentations, and feedback forms will be available as they are announced.
