There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Each spring Global Jackets student organization hosts Culture Fest, a week-long celebration of internationalization and multiculturalism with the purpose of bringing cultures from around the world to the Georgia Tech community. This year, Culture Fest will take place between 4/1-4/11 and will include a number of events sponsored by Global Jackets, Office of International Education, iHouse, and several GA Tech culture/diversity organizations. Events will include: International Food Fest, Karaoke Night, Trivia Night, Coffee Hour, Language Café and Rocket, a cross-cultural simulation. Culture Fest will also include Taste of Latin America sponsored by Society of Hispanic Professional Engineer’s (SHPE), Latin American Film Festival sponsored by Spanish Speaking Organization and IsraelFest sponsored by Hillel at Georgia Tech.
