Top Chef All Star Winner & Local Restaurateur Richard Blais joins comes to campus to discuss and sign his new cookbook, "Try This at Home."
Blais has played an influential role in hospitality for the last 15 years. His creative approach to cooking and cuisine led to the establishment of Trail Blais, a culinary company that has consulted on, designed, and operated some of Atlanta’s most popular eateries including The Spence, FLIP Burger Boutique and HD1.
Now comes his very cool debut cookbook for home cooks looking to up their game with more excitement in the kitchen. This is accessible and fun, and includes the signature recipes, flavor combinations, and cooking techniques that have made him such a popular chef.
