Full Summary: 'CrossTalk' Discussion with the Executive Vice President for Research - Steve Cross addresses bio-faculty during Q&A session

Steve Cross addresses bio-faculty during Q&A session

Stephen E. Cross, PhD, was named Georgia Tech’s executive vice president for research in 2010.  In this role, he is responsible for the Institute’s $655 million-per-year research program, which is ranked among the largest of U.S. colleges and universities without a medical school.

Georgia Tech's research enterprise is evolving to better support existing Georgia Tech research activities and facilitate the expansion of both government and industry supported research.  Cross will visit with the bio-faculty to discuss Georgia Tech’s research strategy and what the development of a Georgia Tech-driven innovation ecosystem could mean for faculty, students, sponsors and industry partners - as well as the state, national and global economy.

There will also be plenty of time to ask questions. To review Cross' research strategy, please see related links below.

Faculty lunch to immediately follow presentation.  RSVP required, click HERE.
