There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The 7th Solvay~COPE Symposium on Organic Electronics is slated to take place on May 15-16, 2013 in Bordeaux, France at the Université de Bordeaux. Previous events have been held in Pittsburgh (hosted by Plextronics), Atlanta (hosted by Georgia Tech), Leuven, Belgium (hosted by IMEC), and Beijing, China (hosted by Chinese Academy of Sciences).
This year's symposium will gather around 150 people from the academic world and from companies active in the field of OLEDs, printed transistors, and OPV.
The academic speakers will include: Chihaya Adachi (Kyushu University); Ana Claudia Arias (University of California, Berkeley); George Hadziioannou (Université de Bordeaux); Lionel Hirsch (Université de Bordeaux); Thuc-Quyen Nguyen (University of California, Santa Barbara); as well as Bernard Kippelen, Seth Marder, and Jean-Luc Bredas (Georgia Tech-COPE).
Industry will be represented by speakers from companies that include: AGC Glass Europe, CPI PETEC, GE Lighting, ISORG, Plextronics, Polyera, Solvay, and Universal Display Corporation.
While free, registration is required and by invitation only. There will be a limit on the number of attendees.
