Prof. Willie Pearson, Jr. is a professor in the School of History, Technology, and Society at Georgia Tech. He is also the author or co-author of seven books. Most of his research has centered on the career patterns of Ph.D. scientists -particularly African Americans - and human resource issues in science and engineering.
