Thanks to the generosity of the Georgia Tech community, the Institute has raised $330,261 for the annual statewide Charitable Campaign — exceeding this year’s goal of $325,000.
“This record amount of giving to the Charitable Campaign shows how much Georgia Tech employees care about the quality of life in their communities,” said Hope Wilson, Charitable Campaign chair. “These nonprofits and service organizations touch us all in innumerable ways whether we are aware of them or not. It is reassuring and inspiring to know that Georgia Tech employees have not only stepped forward with such generosity, but have raised the bar.”
This year, 1,173 employees donated to the campaign, which raises money for local, state and international nonprofit organizations.
