Robot Makers Spread Global Gospel of Automation

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. During a presentation on Monday, Henrik I. Christensen (Interactive Comp) sharply criticized a recent “60 Minutes” saying that, while automation may transform the work force and eliminate certain jobs, it also creates new kinds of jobs that are generally better paying and that require higher-skilled workers.
