The Georgia Tech Office of Emergency Preparedness will be monitoring weather conditions throughout the day and evening. Unless the weather forecast changes significantly, the Institute will open tomorrow (Jan. 18) as usual, and classes will follow their normal schedule.

With the possibility of patchy ice on roadways on Friday morning, as always, you should allow extra time to travel to work on Friday morning. If you are concerned about your safety or road conditions in your particular area, work with your supervisor or check with your professor to make appropriate arrangements.
