Tamara Cofman Wittes is a senior fellow and the director of the Saban Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings.  Dr. Wittes served as the deputy assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern Affairs from November of 2009 to January 2012.   This lecture is presented by the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy (CISTP) and the General Ray Davis Memorial Fund.
