SPP Students Awarded DC Internship Stipends

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Four undergraduates in the School of Public Policy have received summer internships through the Georgia Tech D.C. Internship Program.

Each student will receive $5,000 to support tech weeks of summer work in Washington, D.C. with members of congress, congressional committees, or executive branch offices. The internships are secured with the assistance of the Division of Professional Practice (DoPP) and the Office of Government and Community Relations.
