There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Multidisciplinary teams are forming now to register by December 10 for the $50k ULI Hines Student Urban Design Competition. Each team must have five students representing at least three different disciplines. Most teams will include a mix of urban designers, architects, planners, and real estate/MBA students. The competition will take place during the last 2 weeks of January and require teams to present a development proposal and masterplan for a complex urban site to be announced. Prof. Ellen Dunham-Jones, Coordinator of the MSUD program is coordinating Georgia Tech's participation in the competition.
