There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

If you’ve ever tried to track down an Institute policy, you know it can be a challenge — until now.
A new online Policy Library featuring a one-stop-shop for all policies that impact the Georgia Tech community is now available.
“We realized there was a need to bring diverse volumes of campus policies and procedures together, make them clearer and ensure they are better harmonized,” said Ron Bohlander, secretary of the faculty, who was a part of the Institute Policy Task Force that developed the library. “This Policy Library initiative promotes better collaboration and communication, hallmarks of a great campus community.”
To help users find relevant information, the library is fully searchable and is organized into policy books, including the following: business and finance, campus use and facilities, Faculty Handbook, information technology, legal, personnel, records and publications, research support and student life. (Departmental or unit-specific policies are not included in the library.)
Questions about the library can be sent to policylibrary@gatech.edu.
