An innovative start-up founded at Georgia Tech is among the organizations highlighted in 'The Economist' as examples of Chile's rising status as a go-to destination for entrepreneurial endeavors. Tubing Operations for Humanitarian Logistics (TOHL) installs pipelines by helicopter in regions where underground piping is made difficult by terrain or community factors. TOHL members include Travis Horsley, an alumnus of The Sam Nunn School of International Affairs and Public Policy and a Public Policy master's student, and Melissa McCoy, an alumna with a double major in the School of Economics and the College of Engineering.
