Cool Insights: The New Dilemma for Fresh Programs

Nick Pacitti, co-founder of Sterling Solutions LLC, recently authored the Cool Insights column for the September edition of Food Logistics, titled “The New Dilemma for Fresh Programs.”  In the column, Pacitti discusses how distribution and cold chain management is being transformed to meet the growing demand from retailers to offer fresher, more wholesome foods.

For the past three years, faculty, staff, and partners of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute’s IFC have contributed their thoughts on various aspects of the food chain to Food Logistics Magazine under a column called Cool Insights.
