Georgia Tech's Sci Fi Lab Radio Show begins its latest season this Thursday, October 4 at 7:00pm EST. If you live in the Atlanta area, you can tune into WREK 91.1 FM, or if you live elsewhere in the world, you can stream it live or time shift it from wrek.org.

Dedicated to "the best in everything science fiction," the "Sci Fi Lab" has been on the air since 2006. It is a joint production the Ivan Allen College School of Literature, Media, and Communication, WREK, and the Georgia Tech Library.

This week's season premiere show explores the theme of "reboots," and will feature an interview with players from the Atlanta Radio Theater Company (which has performances on air as well as on stage--as in the production of "The Man Who Traveled in Elephants" with special guests Harlan Ellison and Anthony Daniels at Dragon*Con in 1996).

Other shows this month include "robots" (10/11 - featuring an interview with Frank Langella from the film *Robot and Frank*); "cyborgs" (10/18 - featuring the development of wearable computing technologies at Georgia Tech); and "zombies" (10/25 - featuring an interview with James T. Warbington, director of the forthcoming film *The Black Earth*).
