11:00am - 1:00 pm - Information Sessions
Stop by the German Day tables for information about German opportunities at Georgia Tech.  Enjoy a taste of authentic Bretzen! 

Locations: On Skiles Walkway and at the Swann Building on Cherry Street

 

3:00pm - Tree Planting Ceremony

Please join us for a tree planting ceremony in honor of Phil McKnight, former chair of the School of Modern Languages who passed away in September, 2011.

Location:  in the garden behind Swann Building

 

4:00pm – 5:00pm -  Roundtable Discussion“An Education  for Global Competence:  The Case of Germany & the U.S. Meet”

Meet representatives from German Industry, sponsors including Spurlock & Associates, Inc., The Halle Foundation, Deutsche Bahn, EBD Group, Grenzebach, and participants from prior years. 

A Reception follows.
