Professor Clinton Andrews is Professor of Urban Planning and Policy Development Associate, Dean for Planning and New Initiatives Director of the Rutgers Center for Green Building at the E.J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.

Professor Andrews’ expertise is in the substance and processes of energy and environmental planning and policy. His books include Industrial Ecology and Global Change, Regulating Regional Power Systems, and Humble Analysis: The Practice of Joint Fact Finding.
