Robin Bienfait is the Chief Information Officer of Research In Motion. In this position, she oversees the Enterprise Business Unit, BlackBerry Operations, Customer Service and Corporate IT functions. A key component of her role is to manage the end-to-end global BlackBerry customer experience.
