No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Knowing how to find information on your target companies can give you an advantage – whether for a job search or for a research project. You’ll be shown how to effectively use the major company information sources (both electronic and print) to get the big picture about a company. We’ll discuss strategies for finding company profiles, financial information and analyses, and corporate culture. Featured databases: Morningstar; Mergent Online; Hoover’s Company Profiles; Reference USA, and Standard & Poor’s NetAdvantage. Hands-on training will be available during as well as immediately after the session.
