This workshop is intended for current and future Teaching Assistants and Graduate Student Instructors and graduate students who are "Future" faculty

This workshop will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a faculty career at small liberal arts colleges. Students will receive practical advice on how to tailor their application and CV for liberal arts colleges, how to ace the interview, and what to expect once you land an offer. Candid discussions will be had concerning issues like earning tenure andmoving up into administration. The presentation will be highly interactive, with questions and discussion greatly encouraged.
