Full Summary: This interactive seminar will teach several skills that are used by top performers to better manage stress.

Being an elite athlete or an academic top performer can produce significant stress for those who participate in highly competitive arenas. A lot of the stress comes from pressure that we put on themselves and pressure that we experience from coaches, professors, media, parents and peers. Many fine athletes and top performing students and executives suffer from significant anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress. This interactive seminar will teach several skills that are used by top performers to better manage stress.
