Georgia drops to 4th in filings: Prof Dan Immergluck on high rate of foreclosures in GA

Georgia ranked fourth in the nation in foreclosure filings in June, according to RealtyTrac... Dan Immergluck, a Georgia Tech professor specializing in housing policy, said he does not expect a substantial spike in foreclosures to happen in Georgia. But it doesn't mean things are going to quickly get better, Immergluck said, who expects foreclosure filings remain at an elevated rate for the foreseeable future. (Print edition.)
