Full Summary:

A new e-book on accommodating STEM students with disabilities is now available for download from CATEA, Georgia Tech's Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access.

Georgia Tech's Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access (CATEA) is making available a new book Accommodating Students with Disabilities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). According to lead author Nathan Moon, "the book is a survey of the research on current classroom accommodations and technologies to aid students and teachers in scientific and technical coursework from middle school to college." Moon, a Georgia Tech alum (PhD-HSTS 2009) worked with three other authors who also happen to be Tech graduates, including Robert L. Todd (MS-HCI 2002), David L. Morton (PhD-HT 1995), and Emily Ivey (MS-PubP 2010).
