Full Summary: IP applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but to get started this fall, apply by August 1st and be able to register for fall classes that count toward the IP!

The International Plan is a degree-long academic program which integrates international experiences, foreign language study, and global coursework into a student’s major.  Available to 86% of Georgia Tech undergraduate students throughout all six Colleges, the IP has attracted numerous students from a variety of disciplines. Students who complete the program are more likely to develop key skills and knowledge needed to navigate the complex social, political, and economic systems of today’s global work force[2]

The is a key component of Georgia Tech’s award-winning[1] internationalization initiatives, and will not only help you prepare for a successful career, but also be successful in a global environment.

Students are encouraged to apply before or during their first or second semester at GT, but students of all years are welcome to apply.  Applications are excepted on a rolling basis, but deadlines exist for those students who wish to have their application processed before the beginning of course registration.  August 1st is the priority deadline for fall 2012.
