There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) invites all new faculty to participate in New Faculty Orientation. During the first two days of orientation, participants will meet colleagues who are new to Georgia Tech this year, connect with current student, faculty and administrative leaders on campus, and learn about resources that will support their teaching and research efforts. On the third day, the Office of Human Resources will introduce participants to the benefits and services available to faculty members and clarify the choices involved with various benefit plans. A Resource Fair will follow and give participants a chance to interact with various campus personnel and get answers to specific questions. NFO will conclude with dinner at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
All new faculty will receive an invitation via email with a link to the on-line registration for New Faculty Orientation.
