Susan WilkinsonSusan Wilkinson, a Subject Matter Expert with IBM Global Business Services, authored the Cool Insights column for the April/May 2012 issue of Food Logistics, titled “The Value of Supply Chain Visibility: Traceability is Just the Start.” In the column, Wilkinson discusses how data from traceability systems can create a new level of visibility or transparency within the supply chain.
For the past three years, faculty, staff, and partners of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute’s Integrated Food Chain Center (IFC) have contributed their thoughts on various aspects of the food chain to Food Logistics Magazine under a column called Cool Insights.
