Full Summary: Campus Safety is an issue facing every student and group of the Georgia Tech community, so we the students are standing up for the safety of our Institute.

Campus Safety is an issue facing every student and group of the Georgia Tech community, so we the students are standing up for the safety of our Institute.

Born from the Student Leader Retreat in 2012, this week long campaign is set to accomplish three goals:

  1. Student buy in and responsibility to the issue of Campus Safety.
  2. Education of students of the resources available to them for their safety.
  3. Collaboration among students and student organizations based around the ideas of improving Campus Safety.

This campaign is entirely student led, and we need every student engaged in this process!

Come to a Town Hall meeting during the Week Proceeding Finals to get more information about the campaign, give your feedback and learn how to get involved! The dates, times and locations are as follows:

  • Tuesday, April 24, 11 a.m. to Noon, Room 320, Student Center
  • Wednesday, April 25, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Room 319, Student Center
  • Thursday, April 26, 11 a.m. to Noon, Room 319, Student Center

Mark your calenders for Sept. 4-8 when campus will be exploding with Campus Safety!
