The Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) Graduate Research Opportunities Workshop (GROW) brings together graduate students looking for graduate research assistantships in a relatively informal atmosphere where they can meet faculty in each technical area and learn about the opportunities available in each group. Last year was a great success with about 60 students attending and each TIG represented.

This year, HKN is allowing for individual faculty members to give short presentations (10 minutes) in a conference room near the Atrium. Students will be allowed to choose which presentations they can attend. If you are interested in signing up for a 10 minute slot to present the work being done by your group, please contact Boris Alexandrov at balexandrov3@gatech.edu, the Graduate Representative of HKN, with your presentation topic and the presenter. Note that it is OK to allow for an experienced graduate student in your lab to make the presentation and speak to prospective students. The students are encouraged to bring their resumes so if a match is found a connection can be made. Please take advantage of this great opportunity!
