Partners of IFC contribute to the Cool Insights column.For the third consecutive year, faculty, staff, and partners of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute’s Integrated Food Chain Center (IFC) have contributed their thoughts on various aspects of the food chain to Food Logistics Magazine under a column called Cool Insights.
David Sterling, partner with Sterling Solutions and co-founding member of IFC, authored the Cool Insights column for the March 2012 issue of Food Logistics, titled “Cold Chain Management Tools: Assessments and Audits.” In the column, Sterling discusses assessments and audits and their valuable role as an essential tool in the cold chain management process.
