No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Synpopsis: Alzheimer's disease is a looming epidemic. Advances in
research will be discussed that have begun to shed light on the
pathogenesis of the disease, as well as the major challenges, and
opportunities for research, that exist to enable early detection of
individuals at high risk for the disease and initiation of
disease-modifying therapies before the onset of irreversible
neurodegeneration.
