David Williams is a tech entrepreneur living in Greenville, South Carolina. David has a bachelors in English and a masters in Professional Communication. Having been laid off in early 2009, David chose to shoot for a PhD in Computer Science at Clemson University. He left the program a year later to become an entrepreneur. He began working as a communications director and programmer with other successful tech entrepreneurs in his area before launching his own business, Comfe Designs, in June of 2011.

This conversation will cover new product development and startup company formation from the perspective of a recent successful startup, Comfe Designs. David Williams, founder of Comfe Designs, will explain his design focus and philosophy as well as his experience starting a company with minimal dollars in one of the worst economic recessions in our country's history.
