2011 Charitable Campaign Raises More Than $292K

This year, more than 1,059 contributors helped to make Georgia Tech’s Charitable Campaign a success.

For 2011, the total amount raised toward the Sharing Shows Caring — Give from the Heart- themed campaign was $292,364.

The top four charities that members of the Tech community donated to were the American Cancer Society, the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

This year’s campaign team extends their appreciation to everyone who contributed to the 2011 campaign.
