There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. TEDxGeorgiaTech is partnering with the Library to telecast a day of the TED2012 Conference live at the Georgia Tech Library East Commons. Students, faculty and staff may feel free to come in and out throughout the day to enjoy TED2012 sessions.
This event is open to everyone and free to attend. Among the speakers for the day are Jack Choi, T. Boone Pickens and Reid Hoffman.
TEDxLive is an extension of the TEDx program, launched by TED in 2010. TEDxLive events are TEDx events built around the live webcast of TED conferences. TEDxLive events enable TED enthusiasts all over the world to experience live sessions of the TED Conference.
