These posters are part of an augmented reality game, which students can play by downloading a free app from 4th Wall Technologies Treasure Hunt to their iPhone 4 or iPad 2. When a student wins a game, they will receive a virtual coupon that they can store in their “treasure chest” for safekeeping and use during the week of Feb. 13-17.
These coupons, to be used during Auxiliary Services Loves Students Week (February 13 – 17), are for free prizes, discounts, and to be entered into drawings. Here is what you could win during the treasure hunt:
o $2 coupon for the Craft Center
o A coupon for 50 percent off one bowling game for one person (excludes shoe rental) at Tech Rec
o Coupon for candy at Barnes & Noble @ Georgia Tech
o Coupon to enter into a drawing for a $50 bonus deposit from the BuzzCard Center
o Coupon to enter into a drawing to win a fleece blanket from Stamps Health Services
o Coupon to receive a gold carabineer from the Department of Housing
o Coupon to enter a drawing for $100 off an annual parking permit from Parking & Transportation Services (certain qualifications apply)
o Coupon for two-GB thumb drive to the first 250 students to be given away at the Student Center Information Desk
