Summary Sentence: Learn successful strategies to increase physical and mental relaxation, decrease stress, and enhance overall physical and mental well being.

Full Summary: Students will have an opportunity to learn a set of skills that they can apply prior to stressful situations such as exams.

The psychological and physical effects of the human relaxation response effectively combat stress reactions. It is physically impossible for a muscle to be relaxed and tense at the same time. Students will learn successful strategies to increase physical and mental relaxation, decrease stress, and enhance overall physical and mental well being. Students will have an opportunity to learn a set of skills that they can apply prior to stressful situations such as exams.
