Teacher Workshop: Web Development with HTML5

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Barbara Ericson will lead this workshop from 8:30am - 4:00pm in Klaus Advanced Computing Building, Room #1447. For directions see Directions to the Klaus Advanced Computing Building. This workshop will introduce you to HTML5 and JavaScript. Teachers do not need any previous experience in web development to attend. All attendees will receive the book "Head First HTML5 Programming".
