The New York Times Features Award-Winning Senior Design Team

A group of students in Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, who recently received the coveted first place award for the fall 2011 Senior Design competition, have been featured in an article for The New York Times titled “RMI Sponsors Award-Winning Student Design Team from Georgia Tech.”  The article highlights the team’s success on their project “Private Fleet Optimization,” which was sponsored by Railcar Management, Inc. (RMI), a leading software solutions provider for railroad companies.
